How many players?
Exactly two.
Does each person pay?
No. One purchase covers both players. Player 2 joins through your invitation without buying separately.
Do we need to be together?
No. Play Together or Remote. All required interactions happen on screen; a call is optional.
Do we need an app?
No. It runs in a supported modern browser.
Do both people need separate devices?
Yes. Each player uses their own device and browser.
Is internet required?
Yes, for both players.
Can we turn down the scares?
Yes. Choose Fun, Spooky or Chaos together. Sound is optional and starts off in a fresh browser. Reduced Motion uses still, readable event cards.
Is it explicit?
The fictional ghost roasts fictional choices, not appearance or insecurities. The game stays mainstream and couple-friendly.
How long do I have access?
One purchase covers two players and includes 30 days of access to play and replay, starting from purchase, not first play. After access ends, an already-running run may finish while its room remains active, but no new launch, room, extra run or replay can start.
Can we replay?
Yes, during the 30-day access period under the current replay rules. Both players confirm Play again. Replay varies the selected questions; some can return.
Does the partner need an account?
No Shopify or Shedaro account is required for Player 2.
What happens if I lose access?
The buyer can return through the Shopify Order Status page to start or resume during active access. Keep the invitation and recovery links private. Rooms normally expire after 24 hours of inactivity.
What if something does not work?
Contact support@shedaro.com. Include an order reference and the problem, never passwords, card details or secret access links.
